Welcome to MoonPulse. These Terms of Service govern your use of trymoonpulse.com and your purchase or use of MoonPulse products, digital guides, and the 28-Day Comfort Ritual program. MoonPulse is operated by Hong Kong OPwireless Technology Limited.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or unauthorized resale.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and website content may change without notice. You are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, processing, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. For the MoonPulse device-and-program purchase, our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee begins on the date the physical device is marked delivered. Email hello@trymoonpulse.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout to request a full refund within that period. You do not need to return the device, and no return shipping or restocking fees apply. The 60-day window is assessed by when you submit your request. We will not reject a request submitted within 60 days of delivery because our response or refund processing takes place after that period.

Digital program access

The MoonPulse 28-Day Comfort Ritual, videos, guides, emails, and other digital materials are provided for the personal use of the purchaser. Access links and materials may not be shared, copied, resold, republished, or used for commercial purposes.

Digital access is delivered to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot access your program, please contact hello@trymoonpulse.com and include your order number.

Product use and wellness information

MoonPulse products and educational content are intended to support general wellness and comfort. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always read and follow the product instructions, warnings, and safety information supplied with your device. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use an implanted medical device, have concerns about using a TENS device, or experience discomfort, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
